Managed Services
Digitask provides managed services ranging from the complete management of our datacenter, equipment and applications to the monitoring of individual aspects of your network, systems or operations.
Digitask's roots are as a consultancy however many of our large financial clients have asked us to manage their data centers, trading floors, etc. In a typical engagement we would perform day-to-day activities such as adding users, or configuring access. We also monitor activity and develop custom criteria for thresholds at which actions might be needed. These thresholds might relate to disk utilization or network congestion and recommended actions would address the specific component.
We perform these services either remotely or on-site depending on our clients needs and can be performed on a fixed price or time and materials basis.
